Tourists staying in the country should exercise caution, stay updated on the instructions of local authorities, and avoid staying or traveling in areas prone to flooding, landslides, and water flows.
In addition, it is recommended to avoid crossing flooded rivers, streams, or roads, even when the water level appears low, due to the danger of sudden flows and changes in terrain conditions.
