From Hawaii to Europe and Asia: Hilton Ends 2026 With More Than a Dozen New Hotels

Hilton is heading into the final months of 2026 with a busy pipeline of new hotels and renovations, stretching from Hawaii and Mexico to Europe, Asia and the United States.

The hotel group says the latest wave includes several brand debuts in new destinations. Among them are the first Curio Collection by Hilton property in Hawaii, Hilton’s entry into Baja California and the arrival of Cuber House Valencia, which will become the company’s first hotel in the Spanish city.

Among the most notable arrivals is Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton, which is scheduled to open in September 2026. Located in Līhuʻe on the island of Kauaʻi, it will be the first Curio Collection property in Hawaii. The resort is near Kalapakī Beach and the Ocean Course at Hōkūala, with rooms inspired by traditional Hawaiian bungalows, restaurants, a pool, sports facilities and 14,000 square feet of event space.

Also opening in September is Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in La Paz, Mexico. Bringing the brand into Baja California, the hotel will occupy the historic Hotel Perla building and combine its mid-century character with renovated rooms, terraces and a rooftop pool and bar overlooking the Gulf of California.

Placemakr Pittsburgh Downtown, Apartments by Hilton, is also scheduled to open in September 2026, adding Hilton’s apartment-style accommodation to downtown Pittsburgh.

Europe is also part of the expansion. Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton is scheduled to open in December in the El Cabanyal neighborhood. The 84-room hotel will include a restaurant, lounge and rooftop pool and bar, with Las Arenas Beach and La Marina nearby.

Asia is another key part of Hilton's plans. Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur is expected to open in October, marking the luxury brand's debut in Malaysia. The 23-story hotel will have 268 suites, several dining venues and more than 3,700 square meters of meeting and event space.

Anthem House-Placemakr Huntsville, Apartments by Hilton is also scheduled to open in Huntsville, Alabama, while DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Nahda will open in Saudi Arabia with 261 rooms.

DoubleTree by Hilton Kelowna is also planned for October in British Columbia, offering 90 rooms near the Okanagan Valley. In Singapore, DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay is scheduled to open in October with 344 rooms in the Robertson Quay area.

Conrad Kuala Lumpur is expected to follow in December. The 481-room hotel will occupy 50 floors in the city's Golden Triangle and will include five dining concepts, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool and extensive meeting facilities. Meanwhile, NoMad Hilton Singapore is scheduled to debut by the end of the year, marking NoMad's Asia-Pacific debut with 173 rooms on Orchard Road.

The U.S. is seeing its own additions. Signia Hilton Indianapolis is planned for December, with 803 rooms, 100,000 square feet of meeting space and direct access to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Hilton is also expanding its apartment-style offering in Pittsburgh and Huntsville.

Home2 Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown is planned to open in December 2026, bringing Hilton’s extended-stay brand to downtown San Diego.

Valley House Avon, Outset Collection by Hilton is also scheduled for December 2026 in Avon, Colorado, adding a new Hilton property in the Rocky Mountain destination.

Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is expected to open in 2026 at the landmark Admiralty Arch overlooking The Mall, adding another luxury property to Hilton’s London portfolio.

Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is scheduled to open in January 2027 in Naples, Florida. The 474-room beachfront resort is undergoing a property-wide transformation and will become Signia Hilton’s first hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Major Renovation Projects 

The company's renovation program is moving ahead alongside the new openings. Conrad Indianapolis is undergoing a $25 million property-wide renovation ahead of its 20th anniversary, covering its 247 guest rooms and suites as well as public areas.

Other recent projects include renovations at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montréal, Hilton Mexico City Reforma, and Café Alice at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, with the latter scheduled to complete its renovation in October 2026, as Hilton continues upgrades across its existing properties.

For Hilton Honors members, the company is also promoting its More Points to Play offer from October 15 through December 31, 2026, with bonus points available on qualifying stays.

With new properties arriving across multiple markets and established hotels receiving significant upgrades, Hilton's final quarter of 2026 is shaping up around both expansion and renewal.
