The pink plane of the German airline Condor is making headlines again during the month of October, carrying the message of the FlyPink initiative, as part of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The aircraft, identified by the initiative's pink and white striped design, continues to fly short routes throughout the month to raise awareness of the disease. Condor crews are also participating in the campaign, wearing pink accessories as a sign of support and solidarity with breast cancer survivors.

This year, Condor is expanding its activities through a collaboration with a football team in Frankfurt and the Brustkrebs Deutschland e. V. association. The peak of the activity will take place on October 16, during Frankfurt's Bundesliga match against 1. FC Köln. As part of the event, the central video screen in the stadium, which covers approximately 276 square meters, and other digital screens will be lit up in pink. In addition, information materials on prevention and early detection will be presented to the audience.

Condor will take part in the stadium activities, with the players' accompanying children wearing pink striped shirts.

At the same time, the safety cards on the company's aircraft include information on prevention and early detection, and special FlyPink products are sold in the online store and on flights. All proceeds from sales will be donated to the Brustkrebs Deutschland e. V. association for information, prevention and support activities.
