New cruise packages. Photo: Carnival Cruise Line Carnival Cruise Line is launching FunPacks, a new range of benefits packages designed to allow passengers to tailor their cruise experience to their preferences and save money.
According to the company, purchasing the packages can reduce the cost by 35% to 55% compared to purchasing each service separately.
The new packages were developed following feedback from passengers and are an expansion of the company’s previous Value Packages. They combine popular services and extras, including internet access, beverages, shore excursions, meals at specialty restaurants and discounts on spa treatments and photography, alongside benefits designed for families.
The offering includes four packages: Kidstarter, Zero Proof, Social and Epic, designed for different vacation styles. As part of the launch, Carnival is also introducing a new option called CHEERS! Social, available exclusively as part of the Social package. It includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks per day.
Carnival Cruise Line. Photo: ShutterstockThe packages can be booked through the My Cruise Manager system on the company's website until October 30, 2026. They are intended for cruises departing between October 31, 2026 and December 31, 2027.
Another change the company announced will take effect on December 1, 2026: dynamic pricing for beverage packages and internet plans. Prices will vary based on the length of the cruise, the itinerary and the time of year.
