The store has gained an additional 200 square meters, making it more spacious and diverse than ever before.
The goal of the upgrade was to provide travelers with a higher quality shopping experience, with a wide selection of new products that were not previously available in Terminal 1. We have expanded the store area, broadened the mix of brands and products, all aimed at making shopping at duty-free more convenient and enjoyable.
Recently, James Richardson Heinemann won the tender to operate toy stores in Terminal 3 and Terminal 1, popular shops among families in the duty-free complex. Airport Director Oudi Bar Oz. Photo: Passport News Oudi Bar Oz, the director of Ben Gurion Airport, said in his speech: "This coming Sunday marks the start of the summer season for global aviation. We all hope to see a thriving summer season, that all companies continue their plans, continue selling tickets, and resume flying. They will fill the planes and terminals and provide their customers with the widest possible variety of destinations and flight times, both in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
It is not taken for granted that we are in a very long period of war, yet airlines still express confidence in us, in the way civil aviation is managed in Israel. We provide airlines with a high level of safety and security - for aircraft, flight crews, and passengers - so that they feel comfortable flying here. We all hope that ahead of the Passover holiday, we will see all 59 hostages who are still in Gaza returning and celebrating this holiday with us."
