The international cruise company Princess Cruises, part of the Carnival Corporation group, has announced a significant expansion of the Sanctuary Collection luxury accommodations to five additional ships in the company's fleet.

One of the key components of the Sanctuary Collection announced on October 22 is the Sanctuary Club, an area designated for eligible guests only and offering seating and relaxation spaces separate from the ship's public areas.

The complex will include a designated pool area with upgraded sunbeds, the option to reserve shade pavilions for an additional fee, and food and beverage services served poolside.

Guests will also have access to the Sanctuary Restaurant, which will offer menus inspired by the destinations the ship visits.

Those booking suites in the appropriate category will also receive access to the Suite Lounge, where they can enjoy refreshments, relaxation areas and personal concierge services.

The service includes assistance with restaurant reservations, planning activities, and coordinating various experiences during the cruise.

Passengers who book rooms within the Sanctuary Collection after the sale opens on each ship will also receive the Princess Premier package, the company's most comprehensive benefits package, as part of their booking.

The package includes premium beverages, meals at specialty restaurants, high-speed internet, staff service fees, room service, and ordering food and beverages through the OceanNow service.

In addition, guests of the complex will enjoy priority reservations, dedicated services, and upgraded room amenities.

The company also plans to incorporate new ocean-view rooms into the project. The first sale opened today on the Royal Princess, ahead of a 12-day South Pacific cruise that will depart on January 4, 2027. Sales will later open on four additional ships.

The sale of the Regal Princess will open on November 5, ahead of a transatlantic cruise that will depart from Port Everglades on April 17, 2027.

On December 4, the sale will open on the Discovery Princess, ahead of a seven-day cruise to Mexico that will depart from Los Angeles on April 24.

The sale for Sky Princess will open on December 10, ahead of a 14-day Baltic Sea cruise that will depart from Southampton on May 29.

The fifth ship is Enchanted Princess, for which sales will open on December 17 for a seven-day Mediterranean cruise, departing from Civitavecchia, Rome's cruise port, on June 12, 2027.

The company has announced a special offer for some passengers who have already made reservations on Royal Princess. Guests who book a Reserve Collection stateroom on eligible sailings before October 22, 2026 will receive the Sanctuary Collection experience and additional benefits at no additional charge.

The benefit will not include the Princess Premier package, which will continue to be subject to the original booking terms.

Gus Antorche, president of Princess Cruises, said that the expansion of the complexes will allow passengers to enjoy privacy and personal service reminiscent of a luxury resort, alongside the variety of restaurants, entertainment and destinations offered by the company's ships.
