Air France has launched its 2026–2027 internship campaign, with nearly 200 placements expected to be available across the airline by June 2027. The first positions have already been published on the company's careers website, with additional opportunities due to appear over the coming months.

The internships will cover a range of business areas, including aircraft maintenance, IT and data, cargo, hub operations and support functions. The program is intended to give students their first professional experience while introducing them to the day-to-day operations of one of France's largest airlines.

Students can browse available positions and application details through the Air France careers website.

Campus Recruitment and Mentoring

Air France's recruitment teams are also scheduled to attend around ten campus career fairs by the end of 2026. The events will give the airline an opportunity to present internship opportunities for master's-level students and explain potential career paths within the company.

For students, the placements offer a chance to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting, learn how a large airline operates and explore possible career directions. Air France also sees internships as an opportunity for its employees to share their experience with the next generation of aviation professionals.

Each intern will be assigned a mentor who will provide support throughout the placement. The mentoring approach is part of Air France's wider diversity and inclusion policy, which identifies support for young people as one of its priorities.

The recruitment campaign will continue over the coming months, with further internship positions expected to be published before June 2027.
