This morning (Tuesday): The student delegation that had to stay for long hours after an emergency landing due to a technical malfunction in Antalya landed safely in Poland.
Minister of Education, Yoav Kish, tweeted on his X account this morning: "Final update, the youth delegation landed safely in Poland in the last hour. The delegation is on its way to the hotel by buses.
Good news".
It should be noted that last night (Monday), the student delegation took off for Poland on a plane from the Polish airline Enter Air, and due to a technical malfunction the plane had to make an emergency landing in Antalya, Turkey, despite being a hostile country.
After hours of waiting for a replacement plane, a plane arrived to rescue them but also had a malfunction and was not operational for takeoff.
A third plane arrived last night in Antalya and rescued the students who, as mentioned, landed safely this morning, Tuesday, in Poland.
The children were escorted by the Shabak during their stay in Antalya.
