The strategic collaboration between All Nippon Airways (ANA) of Japan and Singapore Airlines (SIA) is entering its next phase.
Starting in September 2025, the two airlines will operate joint flights with full revenue sharing between Singapore and Japan – a step that constitutes a significant deepening of the commercial alliance between the two Asian flag carriers.
Tickets under this new collaboration will go on sale as early as May, providing passengers with a broader range of price options, better schedule coordination between the two countries, and a smoother transit experience – all within the Star Alliance.
In addition to flights and tickets, the companies plan to expand mutual benefits for frequent flyer program members – ANA Mileage Club and KrisFlyer – allowing club members to earn points in a wider range of fare classes across the two airlines. Additionally, the companies will join forces in programs for business customers.

The commercial alliance between the companies was signed in January 2020, and since then, codeshare agreements have been broadly expanded:
ANA passengers can now fly to 25 destinations in the Singapore Airlines network – up from 12 previously.
Singapore Airlines passengers enjoy convenient connections to 34 destinations in the ANA network, including 30 domestic Japanese destinations.
Shinichi Inoue, CEO of ANA: "This alliance with Singapore Airlines goes beyond a strategic partnership – it is a shared vision for a new customer experience. Through this collaboration, we are setting a new service standard that will redefine the flying experience in Asia."
Go Choon Pong, CEO of Singapore Airlines: "With world-class leading products and complementary route networks, we can offer exceptional value to our customers. Joint flights, integrated pricing, and alignment of loyalty programs are just the beginning."
