Princess Cruises will open its Alaska season in less than a month with 7 ships. According to its announcement, "more than any other cruise line".
Fully equipped, with five pristine wilderness lodges and an extended catalog of famous excursions, it will visit five prestigious national parks – including the most visits to Glacier Bay National Park.
The company also stated that its cruises will depart from five home ports: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, and Anchorage, Alaska. This season introduced new routes including national parks such as Glacier Bay National Park and other locations. Also on the "menu", several days on land including stays at four lodges owned by the cruise line.

7 days on the ship Discovery Princess round trip from Seattle, departing August 17. This cruise will feature wildlife biologist and cruise line nature and adventure ambassador Jeff Corwin, who will accompany the cruise to Alaska, including bear watching, whale watching, and glacier tours. Corwin will lead excursions in each port, with interactions and presentations.
