In May 2025, Leonardo Hotels will open NYX Hotel Berlin Köpenick, the brand's first hotel in Berlin.
The new hotel is situated in a unique location on the banks of the River Dahme, opposite the historic Köpenick Palace, blending innovative design, a creative atmosphere, and urban lifestyle hospitality.
The new hotel includes 190 rooms, one of which is accessible for disabled guests. The room designs are a collaboration between designer Andreas Neudeham and street artist Mirko Reisser (DAIM), along with other artists from the Berlin scene. The hotel walls are adorned inside and out with conceptual works, including graffiti, artistic typography, and sculptural elements.
The public spaces in the hotel are designed in an open style reminiscent of a yacht club with touches of a New York loft: open lobby, exposed ceilings, a central bar as a meeting point, a terrace with direct river views, and semi-private seating areas. The atmosphere, light, accessible, and colorful, aims to blur the lines between guest and local.

The first in line is Graciella Kuciara, a well-known chef from the TV show 'Kitchen Impossible'. The restaurant's outdoor terrace will also serve as an event space for summer parties, yoga on the water, and barbecue evenings.
The hotel offers 14 meeting rooms with a total area of 912 square meters, some with direct river views. The largest room accommodates up to 300 people. The facility also includes a gym, sauna, and options to rent bicycles or kayaks, allowing active leisure experiences such as rowing, cycling, or trips to Mueggelsee Lake.
In terms of accessibility, the hotel is just 120 meters from a tram and bus station, 700 meters from Spindlersfeld Station, and 2.1 km from Köpenick Station. The distance from Brandenburg Airport is only 15 km. Access to central Berlin and the fairgrounds is convenient and fast.
NYX Hotels are characterized by a concept that blends contemporary art, nightlife, and a sense of community. This includes live DJ music, pop-up events, and local installations. The "City Lovers" team will provide tailored local tips to connect guests with the true Berlin.
