Air France, which resumed flights to Israel last week, teams up with world-renowned chefs, many of whom hail from the land of tricolor.
Since February 2024, the company has been working with the three Michelin star chef, Dominique Crenn, for premium customers on routes departing from the United States.

Each month, the chef offers a vegetarian dish such as root vegetables with truffle sauce, fish with quinoa and mariniere sauce, or open ravioli, zucchini and tomato with hazelnut and parmesan sauce. Truly a culinary delight.

Welcome, Chef

Now, Air France also welcomes chef Daniel Boulud, who will be primarily responsible for exclusive beef and chicken dishes for Air France customers. La Premiere class customers will enjoy saffron chicken with turnip, pumpkin, semolina, and green olives, while business class will indulge in lamb shoulder and root vegetables.

The dishes are available on flights from New York (JFK), Los Angeles, Miami, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco. They will later be extended to all company destinations from the United States.

According to the company, this service combines ensuring customer choice availability with more fair consumption during flights.
