What more can be said about the luxurious airlines from the United Arab Emirates? Both Emirates and Etihad are considered among the most meticulous, especially when it comes to luxury classes. However, most of the pampering features were seen until now on wide-body aircraft, such as the A380s of both airlines, Etihad's Dreamliner, or Emirates' revamped 777.

But now, the UAE's national airline, which was among the first to resume flights to Israel after the conflict with Iran, is also refreshing its narrow-body aircraft with luxurious cabins that the company is considering placing on the route to Israel.

Etihad introduces new business classes on its Airbus A321LR model planes. If until now we saw outdated business classes in these planes, that is no longer the case. Furthermore, PassportNews has learned that there is a chance that in the coming months we will see the upgraded class on at least one of the company's 3 or 4 daily flights to Ben Gurion Airport. So what's in it? Join us for a tour.

In the aforementioned model planes, Etihad now features a compact first class with two luxury suites and a full business class, both in a 1-1 configuration, meaning only one seat on each side of the aircraft. The first class has private suites with sliding doors, a counter seat for hosting an additional passenger for a meal, a cradle option, a flat bed, a unique table with wireless charging, a 20" 4K screen, an audio system including Bluetooth, power outlets, USB, and of course, free high-speed internet.

In the business class right after the first class, you will find similar conditions, with a smaller TV screen, just 17.3". Most of the other conditions, including the bed, are identical to the first class.

With the start of the summer season, A321LR model planes have been introduced on more routes from Abu Dhabi, like Hanoi, Phnom Penh, Chiang Mai, Krabi, Phuket, Dusseldorf, Paris, Bangkok, Athens, Zurich, Kolkata, and Riyadh. On the planes operating on the routes to Israel, the company does not currently offer the first and business classes as seen in this article, but do not lose hope.

As mentioned, PassportNews has learned that the company is considering operating the aircraft with the revamped class on flights to Israel.
