From the Past to the Future: The New Attraction of Dubai
A new museum in the popular destination will showcase the pavilions of the "Dubai 2020" innovation exhibition that was held there a few years ago and was considered a great success. Among the exhibits: "Hanging Gardens" in the sky, "Stories of Nations," Sustainability Exhibition, and "Vision Pavilion." All the details.
Almost three years have passed since the "Expo 2020" exhibition was held in Dubai (delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic), and it seems that in the attractive destination, they are trying to find solutions for the massive complex established for the global innovation exhibition that took place between October 2021 and March 2022.
After a variety of performances and different events, including some of the world's leading DJs who played at the Expo complex recently, Dubai decided to turn part of the complex into the "Expo 2020 Museum," where some of the successful pavilions that were part of the global exhibition, which was considered groundbreaking at the time and a great success, will be presented.
The museum, which will open on Shabbat, May 18, 2024, and will be open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, will display some of the successful pavilions that were part of the original exhibition, including the Sustainability Exhibition that explains how the world should act more greenly to ensure its future, the "Vision Pavilion" that presents futuristic technological plans of different countries, "Hanging Gardens," and the "Stories of Nations" area, which is essentially the pavilions of some of the countries that presented in the original exhibition.
It will be possible to purchase a combined ticket for all the attractions, exhibits, and pavilions, or a ticket for a single attraction. The price of the combined ticket during the initial run will be 50 dirhams (about 50 shekels) and later about 120 dirhams.
