This move signals continued investor confidence in the off-price fashion market and McArthurGlen's abilities as an operator and fund manager.
This venture represents an evolution of the previous fund (European Outlet Mall Fund) and strengthens the network's position as a key player in the international retail sector.
Currently recognized as a leader in the European fashion market, McArthurGlen boasts 23 stylish and luxurious outlet centers across countries such as Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK, all conveniently located near major tourist cities and attracting millions of visitors annually.

Various boutiques feature over 300 local and international brands including Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, and Nike, with discounts up to 70% throughout the year, particularly during peak seasons such as summer.
In addition to shopping, the centers offer restaurants and cafes, tax refund services for tourists, currency exchange, convenient parking, shuttle transportation from nearby cities, contemporary art exhibitions, electric vehicle charging stations, and free Wi-Fi.
