As European travel stabilizes post-COVID and demand for secondary city connections grows, routes like PFO-WMI and PFO-EVN are seen as highly strategic for airlines seeking new growth markets.
While no official announcement has been made, the frequency of recent route launches and Wizz Air’s broader network strategy suggest the airline may be eyeing a more permanent role in Pafos.
