Two top-tier brands, the luxury hotel chain Four Seasons and Abu Dhabi's real estate company ALAIN, have announced an extraordinary new real estate project: Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach.
This luxurious residential complex is set to open in 2029, offering a private and exclusive living experience with hotel services on one of the most sought-after beaches in the Persian Gulf.
The project will include 56 luxury villas, single beach estates, along with 60 suites, penthouses, and upscale apartments, all inspired by the natural surroundings, perfectly blending architecture, landscape, and interior design.
Residents will enjoy direct beach access, a private lounge, swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, a spa, fitness center, yoga and meditation studio, cinema, golf simulator, children's play areas, and more. Additionally, Four Seasons will offer dedicated service staff onsite, including concierge, housekeeping, catering, and wellness services, all part of the bespoke services that define the brand.
The project is located on Saadiyat Island, a short drive from the heart of Abu Dhabi, in the cultural district that includes the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the future Guggenheim Museum, the Zayed National Museum, and other luxury residential areas. Furthermore, the project is close to the Saadiyat Golf Course, an international airport, and various entertainment and leisure hubs.
Bart Carnahan, Senior Vice President at Four Seasons, stated, “This is a unique project offering luxury beach residences for those seeking privacy, timeless design, and exceptional quality of life. We are thrilled to partner with ALAIN.”
ALAIN CEO, Khaled Hajji Al-Khouri, added, “The project demonstrates our commitment to continuing the development of Abu Dhabi's luxury residential landscape, attracting international clients looking for uncompromised quality.”
