Romanian aviation industry welcomes HelloJets to the Carpathia Airlines Group.
The Romanian Airlines Group "Carpathia" (RACA) announced that the airline HelloJets has become the seventh member of the Romanian airlines organization.
HelloJets operates a fleet of 8 aircraft: 5 Boeing 737s and 3 Airbus A320s, under the leadership of CEO Tudor Constantinescu.
The company is an IATA member and holds the IOSA certification (Audit ID: IOSA-HLJ-WA-2024), making it one of only four Romanian airlines with this international accreditation, and the second among RACA members to have this standard.
The Romanian company operates wet-leased flights to and from Israel for several Israeli airlines.
In addition to safety and regulatory compliance, the organization notes that HelloJets emphasizes operational innovation: it prides itself on being the first "fully paperless airline" in Romania through the Electronic Technical Logbook (ETECHLOG – International Trade Solutions); a comprehensive digital integration for managing airframe repairs across its fleet; and support from independent maintenance facilities in Bucharest, Care4Jets (EASA Part-145 certified) for Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft.
RACA stated that HelloJets' membership will strengthen the local industry and contribute to the advancement of safety standards, innovation, and the global competitiveness of the Romanian aviation sector.
Besides HelloJets, other members of the Romanian RACA "Carpathia" include:
Fly Lili, DAN AIR, Legend Airlines, Star East Airline, AnimaWings, FLYYO.
