Air France launches new in-flight safety video

The brand-new in-flight safety video unveiled by Air France will transport you from the steps of Opéra Garnier to the manicured gardens of Versailles, from the sunny French Riviera to the legendary Hotel Martinez, from the vineyards of Provence, past museums, to a lovely Parisian café terrace and more.

The elegant video will give you a taste of French culture, symbolizing the airline’s commitment to France and its lifestyle, while bringing to the front all the latest regulatory changes during this pandemic.

In this glamorous video, two flight attendants explain the safety procedures while transporting passengers from one iconic landmark to another, sights that encapsulate the best of France, with music created especially for the occasion, written by the award-winning French composer Ludovic Bource, and inspired by musicals.

New Air France safety video

The stroll begins on the steps of the Opéra Garnier, breezes through the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, moves to the sunny French Riviera and the legendary Hotel Martinez, then continues through the vineyards of Provence, past museums, a fashion show, a typical Parisian café terrace and along the banks of the Seine, with its famous booksellers.

The safety video ends at the top of the Eiffel Tower, where a flight crew greets the passengers. Six years after the release of the former in-flight safety video, the brand-new tribute to French culture does the job in a joyful and elegant manner, yet is also adapted to all the various aircraft and cabin layouts.

According to Catherine Villar, SVP Customer Experience Air France: “With this new video, we are showcasing the best France has to offer in an emotionally engaging way. All our teams here at Air France are ready to welcome our customers and highlight this French lifestyle, which is so dear to us, as soon as they board our flights. We can’t wait to reopen the skies, flight after flight, with safety as our absolute and constant priority.”
