Come August, the Nakash family will open the 9th hotel in the Herbert Samuel chain, Hod Dead Sea. “The Nakash brothers continue to believe in Israeli tourism, and haven’t stopped building and opening more and more hotels. Hod Dead Sea will be the 9th hotel in the Herbert Samuel chain,” said Avi Hurmero, CEO of the Nakash Group in Israel.
The Hod Dead Sea by Herbert Samuel is a renovation project of an existing structure, that of the old Hod Hotel, located on the sea shore. The result will be a brand new hotel boasting 211 rooms, including suites, some with private pools. Part of the project is a complete makeover of the infrastructure, including all public areas, hotel rooms and bathrooms fitted with premium products. Perched on the shores of the Dead Sea, the Hod will also feature a luxurious spa with treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, saunas and pools.
“Following the great success of the Milos Dead Sea by Herbert Samuel, which led to the arrival of new holiday makers to the Dead Sea, we are now also investing in the reconstruction of the old Hod Hotel adjoining the Milos, and I believe that together with the adjacent beach, it will be one of the top choices in the area, and another huge success for the Herbert Samuel chain, “added Avi Hurmero.
The Nakash Group currently has 13 hotels under three different brands: Orchidea, Herbert Samuel and Setai.
