Any user who registers as a subscriber can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the designated link in the Mailing or by sending an email to [email protected] to confirm receipt. Upon receiving the unsubscribe request, the company will act within a reasonable timeframe to remove the user from the mailing list. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the user acknowledges that technical issues may sometimes arise during the unsubscribe process, and as long as the company acts in good faith, the user waives any claims, lawsuits, or demands against the company regarding such issues.
