Winter flight schedule, revealed. Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline network spanning 37 countries via 230 airports and operating over 3,600 daily flights, has made its winter schedule from Rzeszów known to the public. The company, which is also Poland’s number one airline, will be covering eight routes, including Edinburgh, its latest destination.

Winter passengers will have access to sunny Alicante via a new connection available for the first time during the cold season, with additional travel opportunities made available through increased winter flight frequencies to London Luton. Residents of the region will benefit from additional travel opportunities to appealing resorts in southern Europe and the dynamic, tourist-friendly cities of the British cities.

The airline will operate flights to Scotland’s capital city twice a week, offering Polish travelers the opportunity to visit its famous castles, arts festivals, and atmospheric Royal Mile streets. The new connection to Alicante will provide passengers with sunshine from Podkarpacie and the relaxed Spanish atmosphere all throughout the year.

Alicja Wójcik-Gołębiowska, Ryanair’s Head of Communications for the CEE & Baltics region took the opportunity to express their pleasure for announcing their new winter flight schedule from Rzeszów with the two newly introduced destinations and the increased number of flights to London, all aimed at “offering the residents of Podkarpacie even more travel opportunities – from the charming cities of Great Britain, through sunny Spain, to the most popular destinations in Europe.”

“Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport is an important partner for us, and today’s announcement shows that Ryanair is consistently growing and investing in the region," she added.

The airline will celebrate the new winter schedule with the launch of a special promotion, including flights from Rzeszów, starting as low as PLN 119 (approximately USD 32) for travel until December 18. Special price tickets will be exclusively available on October 9 at ryanair.com, or until the offer is exhausted.

Bartosz Górski, Vice-President of the Management Board of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulm Family, emphasized the “undeniable” position of the airline as one of the leading carriers at their airport, explaining the new destinations are “in response to the expectations” of their passengers from Podkarpacie and neighbouring regions.

“We would like to thank Ryanair for their cooperation so far and we look to the future with great optimism, hoping that our increasingly rich offer will attract the interest of travellers both from Podkarpacie and to our beautiful province, supporting its tourist and economic development.”
