The strike planned for tomorrowOctober 1, in Greece, will not include the aviation sector, as a result of the Greek court rejecting the labor unions' request to include air traffic controllers. This means they will all arrive at work as planned tomorrow.

The concern was especially significant among Israeli passengers, as tomorrow is the eve of Yom Kippur, and about 70 flights are scheduled to take off from Israel to various destinations in Greece and land in Israel from Greece, between 04:50 and 13:50, when Israel's airspace will close.

Other public transportation sectors, including sea ferries in Greece, will strike. Trains, metros, and buses will operate partially.
