Three Killed in Small Plane Crash in Michigan

A small aircraft crashed near Lansing, Michigan, killing all three people on board. The FAA is investigating as emergency crews responded to the tragic scene

Tragic Small Plane Crash in Michigan. According to a report from the Bath Charter Township Police, a small aircraft with three passengers on board crashed near Lansing, Michigan's capital. 

All passengers were tragically killed. The identities of the deceased have not been published.

The circumstances of the crash, including the intended destination of the plane, are still unclear. Findings from the site and all known details have been passed to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for further investigation. FAA representatives have arrived at the scene.

Large numbers of firefighting and police forces were dispatched to the crash site as part of the rescue and response operations.

Between 2024 and 2025, the aviation industry has witnessed two dramatic crashes, one in Washington, where an American Eagle plane collided with a military helicopter, and another in South Korea, where a passenger plane crashed. Continuing into 2025, there have been several safety incidents and crashes around the globe.
