Over 10,000 passengers since launch and diplomatic recognition: Israir wins Lithuania's prestigious award.
The Lithuanian Embassy in Israel awarded Israir the Team Lita Business Award 2025, in recognition of its contribution to promoting tourism and trade relations between the two countries. The award was presented to Israir by the Lithuanian Ambassador to Israel, Audrius Bruzga, at an official ceremony held at the ambassador's residence in Herzliya Pituach.
The award was given in light of the launch of the direct Tel Aviv-Vilnius route in June 2025 and its contribution to strengthening travel between the countries. Since the launch, more than 10,000 passengers have flown the route, highlighting the growing demand for the destination.
Hila Hermolin Ronen, Israir's Vice President of Marketing and Sales, who received the prestigious award at the special ceremony attended by other company executives, said: "We are very proud of this recognition, it is a testament to the collective effort of all Israir staff to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. The award strengthens our resolve to continue diversifying our destination mix and enhancing service for passengers.”
