Emirates is not returning to Israel.
The United Arab Emirates' luxury airline, Emirates, is not expected to reinstate direct flights to Israel at this stage, despite previously announcing that it would resume operations in October 2025, followed by the summer of 2026. Currently, there is no new date for the resumption of the Tel Aviv-Dubai route, and the company is postponing the return until further notice.
Emirates suspended flights to Israel in October 2023 due to the outbreak of the war, since which time the company has remained outside the Israeli market, while sister company flyDubai continues to fill the void.
flyDubai, which did not completely stop its flights during the war, currently operates 10 daily flights on the Tel Aviv-Dubai route and plans to maintain this frequency in the coming months. Through its close cooperation with Emirates at Dubai International Airport (DXB), the company allows passengers from Israel to conveniently connect to hundreds of destinations around the world.
