Delahunt made this statement in response to a question about the move by Wizz Air's major competitorRyanair, which announced that, starting on Wednesday, November 12, the company intends to eliminate the use of printed flight tickets and boarding passes.

Delahunt explained why Ryanair will not align itself on the issue, stating that the company has older customers and those who do not own smartphones, and that the company's policy is to "serve all customers."
