The new menu has been launched on most international flights departing from India, including Delhi to London, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto, and Dubai, as well as on routes from Mumbai and Bangalore to San Francisco and Mumbai to New York. In the coming months, its implementation will be completed on all international flights, then it will switch to domestic flights.
So What's in the Menu?
The culinary concept combines regional dishes from India with international dishes, aiming to create a broad experience tailored to a variety of guests. In First Class, passengers will enjoy gourmet meals, artisanal breads, unique desserts, and wine pairings.
Business Class passengers will enjoy multi-course meals with expanded choices and tailored beverage service. In Premium Economy and Economy Class, efforts have been made to upgrade the food trays and to provide balanced, delicious dishes.
Among the standout dishes on the menu are familiar delicacies from Indian cuisine, such as paneer anjeer pasanda, murgh masala, as well as besan chilla from Rajasthan, malabari chicken, and malai palak kofta.
The international section will feature dishes such as Japanese teppanyaki, citrus tiger prawns, and tofu rollmops. The business class will feature manicotti forestiere and Mediterranean tapas, among others.
In the children's section, chicken bibimbap and matcha delice will be served. The company has also prepared a dedicated menu adapted to various dietary restrictions, including vegetarians and gluten-free eaters.

The menu was created by Chef Sandeep Kalra, who recently joined Air India as part of the airline's broader transformation, drawing inspiration from a wide range of Indian flavors, from Delhi street food to southern meals, as well as international dishes tailored for the younger generation. The cabin crew has undergone dedicated training to enhance the service experience.
In addition, the company will offer more than 18 types of special meals, which can be ordered in advance through the app, where you will also find the chef's notes and allergen information.
