Lufthansa Marks 100 Years with New Anniversary Livery. The German airline will celebrate its centennial in 2026. To mark the occasion, the company will introduce its unique "Century Fleet," which combines tradition and innovation in a special design.

Most aircraft groups in the Lufthansa fleet will receive the special colors in the iconic look to mark 100 years: the blue fuselage will be decorated with the white crane (company logo), whose wings merge with the aircraft's wings.

In addition, the number "100" will be written on the left side of the aircraft, alongside the year of establishment and the year of celebration (1926-2026), on the right side. The number 100 will also appear on the bottom of the aircraft.

Lufthansa's centenary celebrations will be led by the brand new Boeing 787-9, recently named "Berlin", with the registration D-ABPU. The aircraft is expected to arrive in Frankfurt in December. Airbus A380, A350-1000, A350-900, A320, and Boeing 747-8 aircraft will also be painted. The fleet is expected to be painted in autumn 2026.
