Global cruise company Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced a series of new productions that will debut aboard Norwegian Luna in March 2026, led by the new flagship show “Rocket Man: A Celebration of Elton John”, a dazzling tribute to one of the greatest icons in music history, Sir Elton John.
The production, created in collaboration with the company’s creative studios in Tampa, Florida, draws on Elton John’s extensive archive and will feature classic hits such as “Rocket Man,” “Tiny Dancer,” “Bennie and the Jets” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.” The show will be designed in a live concert style with LED backdrops, four grand pianos and rare archive clips.

Guests will meet an original character named HIKO throughout the ship as part of an interactive experience.
For families, NCL will launch “Sea of Discovery! An Under-the-Sea Festival”, an interactive celebration for children inspired by an underwater journey, featuring glow-in-the-dark games, costumes and experiential elements.
What's more, Syd Norman's Pour House bar returns with a new tribute to the Eagles and also a new adults-only show, LunaTique, a Las Vegas-style nighttime experience with a neon aesthetic, unique cocktails and modern circus-inspired dancingI
In addition, Norwegian Luna will offer new deck parties, including Island Nights, inspired by the shores of the islands, and Latin LIVE, a Latin dance party complete with a live band and dancers.
Additionally, the Luna Theater will transform into a three-story Vegas-style nightclub every night, complete with a large dance floor, state-of-the-art lighting, and an interactive chandelier. The Luna Eclipse party and the new Planetdisco disco party will add an electrifying atmosphere to the nights.
Beginning in April 2026, Norwegian Luna will sail seven-day itineraries in the Western Caribbean, stopping at destinations such as Roatan, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Harvest Caye. From April to October 2027, the ship will offer four- and seven-day round-trip itineraries to luxurious Bermuda, including a one-night stay, allowing extra time for pink beaches and ocean activities.
