Ciel Dubai Marina officially opened its doors to guests last month. The world's tallest hotel joined IHG Hotels & Resortsluxury Vignette Collection portfolio.

The impressive tower, rising to 377 meters and comprising 82 floors, is located in the heart of the marina, and immediately became one of the city's new and most prominent tourist symbols.

The project, developed by real estate company The First Group, is considered one of the most ambitious architectural projects in Dubai in recent years, reflecting the city's strategy to set new global standards in tourism, hospitality, and urban icons.

Ciel Dubai Marina offers an extraordinary hospitality experience, which includes one of the world's highest infinity pools, panoramic views of the marina, sea, and city, and a design that combines contemporary elegance with a clear sense of place. IHG notes that the hotel embodies the Vignette Collection concept, a collection of unique hotels, each with a distinct identity, story, and character.

According to Heinrich Morio, Managing Director of Ciel Dubai Marina, the new hotel "redefines innovation, luxury and creativity" while reflecting "Dubai’s position as a leading global destination for tourism and business, offering a truly elevated experience for its guests.”

Impressive Culinary Experience

The hotel features a wide collection of destination restaurants and bars, led by Tattu Dubai, an international culinary concept that opened as a multi-story complex between floors 74, 76, and 81. The complex includes an Asian restaurant, an infinity pool, a rooftop lounge, and 360-degree views, combining a world-class dining, music, and hospitality experience.

Alongside Tattu are Mediterranean and Asian restaurants, a café, and an artisanal bakery, intended for both hotel guests and the local and international audience.

More Than a Hotel

Starting in February 2026, the hotel will feature a 61st-floor spa complex, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, and access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel also offers family-friendly facilities, a kids’ club, dedicated activity areas, and advanced business spaces.

Ciel Dubai Marina is managed by The First Group Hospitality and offers direct access to Dubai Marina's entertainment areas, beaches, shopping malls, and transportation options, including the tram, metro, and water taxis.

The Vignette Collection, launched by IHG in 2021, includes 27 active hotels and 41 additional projects in the pipeline worldwide and is designed for independent, unique hotels seeking to benefit from IHG’s global strength without sacrificing their identity.
