Romania's national airline TAROM and German airline Condor Airlines have joined forces in a codeshare partnership that will offer passengers from Romania the much-anticipated transatlantic travel options they have been hoping for in recent years.

Passengers will travel with a single ticket to Calgary, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, as well as to Anchorage, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle and San Francisco in the United States.
"The launch of the codeshare partnership with Condor Airlines represents an important strategic step in expanding the offer of accessible transatlantic destinations from Bucharest. By combining our route networks and commercial capacities, we offer Romanian passengers fluid and efficient connections to major hubs in North America. A single ticket and baggage check-in to the final destination make this travel experience simpler and more convenient," said Mircea Nicolae Cotoros, TAROM Commercial Director.
“Through our partnership with TAROM, we are strengthening our presence in Central and Eastern Europe and offering Romanian passengers easy access to our long-haul flight network via our Frankfurt hub,” said David Carlisle, Vice President Network Planning & Partnerships at Condor Airlines.

Tickets will become available starting April 15, 2026 on tarom.ro or through TAROM partner agencies.
TAROM and Condor Airlines passengers will enjoy one-stop check-in and baggage tagging to the final destination (Canada/US) and access to the combined route networks of the two companies, with optimized connections through the Frankfurt hub.
