"Following Disruption": British Airways Adds More Flights to Singapore, Bangkok, Mumbai and the Maldives

British Airways is adding extra flights between London, Singapore, Bangkok, and the Maldives through March and April, plus more capacity in May, "following disruption due to events in the Middle East"

British Airways has today, March 31, 2026, announced the addition of extra flights "to and from London and Singapore, London and Bangkok, and London and the Maldives throughout the rest of March and April to further support customers."

"Following disruption due to events in the Middle East,"  says the airline, they will also add a third daily flight on the London-Mumbai route. This flight will be available in May. Tickets are already available on the official ba.com website of British Airways or by getting in touch with the airline they had originally booked.  

  • Additional flight capacity: 
  • -London Heathrow to Male: 3 April, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12
  • -Male to London Heathrow: April 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 1
