RX, the event organizer, noted that the decision was made after a lengthy dialogue with industry figures, with the aim of allowing a larger number of participants, buyers, and visitors from around the world to take part in the event and maximize the business and professional opportunities it offers.

Photo: ShutterstockThe announcement also comes against the backdrop of a sensitive period in the region, as the tourism industry continues to monitor regional challenges and their implications for passenger traffic and international events, as well as after a relatively sparse presence at the ITB Berlin tourism fair held in March.
ATM, which celebrates its 33rd year in 2026, is considered one of the world's most influential tourism platforms, connecting destinations, airlines, hotels, technology providers, travel agents and executives from across the tourism industry value chain.
The title of this year's fair will be "Travel 2020 - Reaching New Heights Through Innovation and Technology." Among the focal points are expected to be the ATM Travel Tech complex, an innovation and technology zone, as well as professional conferences that will address trends such as digital transformation, aviation innovation, sustainability, passenger experience and long-term growth.
