LOT Polish Airlines is celebrating seven years of connecting Miami and Warsaw, marking an important milestone for one of the carrier's key long-haul routes between Poland and the United States.
Since its launch, the service has provided a direct link between South Florida and the Polish capital, serving both leisure and business travelers while strengthening ties between the two regions.
The anniversary comes just one day after LOT announced a new partnership with AI voice technology company ElevenLabs as part of the airline's broader technological development strategy.
Under the cooperation agreement, LOT is piloting ElevenAgents, an intelligent voice assistant designed to support the airline's contact center operations.
The solution aims to reduce call waiting times, provide faster answers to common passenger questions regarding reservations and flight information, and streamline transfers to human consultants for more complex cases.
According to LOT, the technology is intended to complement, rather than replace, customer service agents by handling routine inquiries and allowing employees to focus on passengers requiring individualized support. The airline said the tool will be particularly valuable during periods of high demand, helping maintain service availability while improving operational efficiency.
The partnership reflects LOT's ongoing investment in digital innovation as the carrier continues to expand and modernize its passenger experience.
