Emirates and Real Madrid CF have renewed their long-standing partnership through 2031, extending one of the most high-profile sponsorship agreements in global sports and marking what both organizations describe as the longest-running jersey sponsorship in the history of Spain's top football league.
The Dubai-based carrier first partnered with Real Madrid in 2011 before becoming the club's official jersey sponsor two years later. Under the renewed agreement, Emirates will continue as the club's Official Main Sponsor and Official Airline Partner across both the men's and women's teams.
Its branding will remain prominently displayed on match jerseys, training apparel, and team staff uniforms in competitions including La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup.

The flagship airline of the United Arab Emirates also signed a new 7-year sponsorship deal with Bayern Munich last summer.

The airline said the partnership has grown alongside its operations in Spain. Since launching flights to Madrid in 2010, Emirates has expanded its Spanish network and now operates five daily flights serving Madrid and Barcelona, connecting travelers through its Dubai hub.

The sponsorship forms part of Emirates' wider football portfolio, which includes partnerships with clubs such as Arsenal FC, AC Milan, FC Bayern Munich, S.L. Benfica and Olympique Lyonnais.
With the new extension, the Emirates and Real Madrid partnership is set to continue for nearly 20 years, reinforcing the airline's strategy of using global sports to connect with fans and travelers around the world.
