The airline's third seasonal restaurant will operate from July 14 to August 9, 2026, at the renowned Cercle des Nageurs swimming club, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the same menus served aboard Air France's long-haul Business Class flights while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Following previous editions at the Palais de Tokyo and Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann in Paris, the latest concept moves south to Marseille, combining French gastronomy with panoramic waterfront views.

The menu has been created by acclaimed chef Régis Marcon, winner of the Bocuse d'Or and head chef of the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Marcon in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid. Guests will be able to choose from dishes inspired by those served in Air France Business Class cabins, including duck lasagne with blackcurrant sauce, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, as well as a vegetarian ratatouille cake with basil, courgette and celery.

Desserts will be provided by Nina Métayer, named the World's Best Pastry Chef in 2023. Her creations include a lemon and verbena dessert and a crunchy hazelnut and caramel pastry, both currently available on Air France long-haul flights.

The dining experience will also feature Pommery champagne, a selection of French wines chosen by Air France head sommelier Xavier Thuizat, and the airline's signature Business Class cocktail, Quintessence, developed by mixologist Matthias Giroud. A range of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Designed in Air France's signature colours of navy blue, white and red, the restaurant will seat 40 guests and offer a single dinner service each evening. The venue aims to recreate the atmosphere of the airline's premium airport lounges while showcasing one of Marseille's most iconic waterfront locations.

Visitors will also have access to an Air France Shopping corner featuring travel accessories, while high-speed Wi-Fi similar to the service being rolled out across the airline's fleet will be available throughout the restaurant.

The Air France restaurant at Marseille's Cercle des Nageurs will be open every evening except Mondays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations are required, with the full dining experience priced at €98 per person, including drinks.
