JetBlue Vacations is launching a new service designed to enhance the Orlando vacation planning experience with the creation of a dedicated team of Theme Park Experts. The new move allows travelers to consolidate all the components of their vacation under one booking, while receiving professional guidance from a team of experts specially trained for this purpose. The experts are available by phone and accompany customers through all stages of planning, from choosing a package and hotel to personalizing the itinerary and attractions according to travelers' preferences.

JetBlue notes that the service operates as part of its “Helpful Humans” system, and is designed to ease the decision-making process involved in theme park vacations, which are considered relatively complex due to the multitude of options. The company emphasizes that the personal guidance is designed to allow customers to enjoy a simpler and more accurate planning experience, along with maximizing the experience during the vacation itself.

Orlando is considered one of the most popular destinations for JetBlue Vacations, especially among families, thanks to its combination of international theme parks, resorts and diverse entertainment experiences. The new service also allows TrueBlue points to be earned on all package components, including flights, hotels and related services.

The company notes that the move is intended to provide a more personalized service experience and make it easier for passengers from the planning stage, while connecting flights, accommodation, and attractions under one platform.
