American airline JetBlue announced today (Tuesday) an upgrade to the Mint business class hospitality experience, with the addition of restaurant groups Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group as the company's new culinary partners.
As part of the move, new menus will be launched on Mint's domestic and transatlantic flights, inspired by New York restaurants Crown Shy and Birdee, starting July 31, 2026. Dishes from Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que are also expected to join in 2027.

Among the first courses that will be served to passengers are interpretations of dishes associated with the restaurants, including a Birdee-style bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, alongside lunch and dinner dishes based on Crown Shy's flagship dishes, including citrus-marinated chicken.
JetBlue's Mint class was launched in 2014. The company notes that in 2026 it once again earned the highest satisfaction rating among business class passengers and first in JD Power surveys.
