In the midst of the travel season, when waiting times at airports are lengthening, SKY express is expanding its SKY Fast Lane service, which allows passengers to fast-track security screening at selected airports in Greece and Europe.

The service is offered free of charge to BLISS business class passengers (and on some flights also to SKY enjoy passengers on domestic flights in Greece), while other passengers can purchase it in advance during ticket booking or through the Manage My Flight area on the company's website, up to 60 minutes before departure.

The cost of the service varies depending on the airport. In Athens, the price is €6, in Paris (CDG) and London Gatwick (LGW) it is €7, in Brussels it is €8, in Rome Fiumicino it is €7, and in Tirana it starts at just €3.

Among the airports participating in the service are Vienna, Milan Malpensa, Warsaw, Istanbul, Larnaca, Nantes, Tbilisi and a long list of airports in Greece, including Heraklion, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Corfu, Santorini, Crete and Kos.

Access to the fast lane is via a barcode imprinted on the boarding pass, which is presented at the entrance to the designated lane at the security check.
