The aircraft maintenance company it owns has signed a long-term agreement with the British airline easyJet, under which it will provide base maintenance services for the company's Airbus A320 family aircraft.
Under the new deal, Bird Aviation will provide base maintenance services for easyJet's Airbus A320 family fleet at its facilities in Cyprus. The agreement covers two dedicated maintenance lines over an initial seven-year period and includes an option to extend for an additional three years.

According to Bird Aviation, the agreement reinforces the strategic importance of its Larnaca maintenance facilities, which will continue to support easyJet's operational and maintenance requirements in the years ahead.
Founded in 2016, Bird Aviation holds certifications from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and several national civil aviation authorities. The company currently employs more than 260 aviation professionals and works with a number of major airlines across Europe and neighboring regions.
The announcement comes as airlines continue to invest in long-term maintenance partnerships to support growing fleets and ensure operational reliability amid sustained demand for air travel.
