Beginning August 1, 2026, the property will operate as Hotel Evian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels before undergoing an extensive renovation program while remaining open to guests. The hotel is expected to eventually join Leonardo's lifestyle portfolio as NYX Hotel Evian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels.
Located at the foot of the French Alps, the hotel features 170 rooms and suites, many offering panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Amenities include a restaurant with a lakeside terrace, a bar, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a wellness and spa area, conference facilities, and an Executive Lounge catering to business travelers.
The transformation is part of Leonardo Hotels' broader strategy to strengthen its position in France and expand its NYX Hotels brand, which focuses on combining contemporary design, local art, and immersive guest experiences.
Evian-les-Bains is one of eastern France's best-known resort towns and attracts visitors throughout the year thanks to its unique location on Lake Geneva, close to the Swiss border. Guests can easily reach the town center on foot, while ferry connections to Lausanne make it an attractive option for travelers exploring both France and Switzerland.

Once renovations are completed, the future NYX Hotel Evian-les-Bains is expected to offer a more modern and lifestyle-oriented experience while preserving the property's prime lakeside setting.
The move highlights growing investor confidence in France's hospitality sector and further strengthens Leonardo Hotels' presence in one of Europe's most sought-after tourism markets.
