The preview displayed a conversation with a virtual assistant answering a question about restaurants at the airport before the screen changed to the words "Coming Soon," leading to speculation that the airport may be preparing to introduce an AI-powered chatbot or another digital customer service tool.
No launch date or additional information has been announced.
