The new route is expected to meet demand from the Filipino community living and working in Saudi Arabia, while expanding travel options between the two countries. In addition, Riyadh's location at the center of Riyadh Air's flight network allows passengers to use the city as a transit point to other destinations on the company's network.
The Manila route joins Riyadh Air's rapid expansion in Asia and the international market. The company has opened several new routes in recent months, with Manila being one of the new destinations on the company's map.
