American Airlines is bringing a new selection of seasonal dishes to its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges as the fall travel season gets underway.
Hearty Ingredients, More Flavor
The airline says the September and October menu updates will feature heartier ingredients, regional flavors and a mix of new dishes across its U.S. lounge network.
The offerings range from breakfast favorites and coastal dishes to globally inspired meals and build-your-own stations.
At Flagship lounges, passengers will find several location-specific additions. Dallas-Fort Worth will offer chicken adobo, while Philadelphia gets truffle arancini with Parmesan fondue. Miami will feature Florida snapper ceviche.
The Admirals Club network is also receiving new seasonal dishes. At lounges in Chicago, Denver and St. Louis, passengers can build their own beef barbacoa tacos.
Sesame orange glazed chicken will be served at Admirals Club locations in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, San Francisco and Phoenix. New York's JFK and LaGuardia airports, along with Newark, will offer Creole-style chicken served on rustic white bean cassoulet.
More Dining Options for Premium Travelers
The seasonal additions are part of a wider push by American to expand food choices across its lounge network.
Passengers visiting Flagship lounges can also access Flagship Dining at Dallas-Fort Worth and Miami. The premium dining experience offers a more extensive meal service for eligible customers.
American has also introduced freshly prepared dishes that customers can order through QR codes in Flagship lounges, giving travelers another option beyond the standard buffet and lounge offerings.
The airline says the fall selections are only a preview of additional seasonal dishes being introduced throughout September and October.
