London Luton Airport is warning passengers about temporary disruption to access around Gates 20 to 28 as refurbishment work is carried out on a passenger lift.

The airport said the airside lift leading to Gates 20 to 28 will be out of service until Monday, November 23, while refurbishment works take place.

Passengers who need assistance getting to the lower level have been advised to use the nearby Help Points located within the terminal. The airport has apologized for the inconvenience and asked travelers for patience while the work is completed.

The disruption affects the lift itself rather than access to the gates, meaning passengers can still use the relevant terminal areas. Travelers who may require step-free assistance are advised to contact airport staff through the Help Points.
