Signia Hilton Indianapolis is preparing to open its doors in December, with the 803-room hotel revealing its lineup of restaurants, bars and gathering spaces ahead of its debut.

Two-Story Rooftop Cocktail Lounge, American Grill, and Espresso Bar

Connected by skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, the new hotel will feature several dining and social venues, including a rooftop cocktail lounge, an American grill, a café and a seasonal pool deck.

At the top of the property, Torchlight will occupy the 38th floor as a two-story rooftop cocktail lounge with views across Indianapolis. The venue will serve cocktails, spirits and shareable plates, with a mezzanine and outdoor terrace also available for private events.

The cocktail program is being developed with beverage consultant Devon Tarby, co-founder of Gin & Luck, the hospitality group behind the Death & Co brand.

Rosewater’s will serve as the hotel's lobby bar and open onto the Georgia Street promenade. The space will feature regional spirits made with corn, along with bar food and large screens for sports.

Heartwood, the hotel's modern American grill, will initially open for breakfast and lunch before expanding to all-day dining in spring 2027. The concept takes inspiration from Indiana's sycamore tree and the traditional Midwest supper club.

For guests looking for something faster, Slipstream will combine a café, espresso bar and market with specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads and grab-and-go options.

The hotel will also have Deck on 5, a seasonal rooftop pool area with cabanas and skyline views, while Club Signia will offer a private-club-style lounge with dedicated service, food and drinks throughout the day.

The culinary program is being developed in partnership with StiR Creative Collective, Hilton's in-house food and beverage consultancy. Executive Chef Dwayne Krisko will oversee the hotel's food and beverage operation, supported by Director of Food & Beverage Kyle Wright.

Krisko brings more than two decades of international culinary experience and most recently worked at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa in Croatia, home to Michelin-starred restaurant Nebo.

Beyond the hotel's restaurants and bars, Signia Hilton Indianapolis will offer nearly 100,000 square feet of event space. Its Modern Indiana Table catering program will draw on local farms, creameries, smokehouses and distilleries, with menus and interactive experiences designed around Indiana food and drink.

The hotel is also planning a third-party upscale restaurant, which is expected to open in summer 2027. Further details have not yet been announced.

Signia Hilton Indianapolis is part of Hilton's Signia brand and is being positioned as a major addition to downtown Indianapolis. Its location near the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium is expected to make it relevant to business travelers, convention visitors, sports fans and leisure travelers.
