Hilton has introduced new travel management tools for Hilton for Business, its free global program for small and medium-sized businesses. The updates allow company owners and administrators to book and manage hotel stays for employees, view shared reservations and check which team members are currently staying at Hilton properties.
The new features are now available and respond to feedback from the program’s more than 400,000 members. Hilton said businesses had asked for more control over employee bookings and better visibility into their teams’ travel arrangements.

They can also view upcoming reservations in one place, change or cancel bookings when plans change, and see which employees are currently staying at a property.
According to Frank Passanante, Hilton’s senior vice president and global head of sales and HRCC, the updates aim to make the digital experience more useful for people responsible for organizing company travel.

Hilton also outlined further improvements planned for the coming months. These include the ability to manage reservations for people who are not members of a company’s Hilton for Business account, as well as new travel coordinator and administrator roles. The additional roles are intended to let companies delegate travel management without granting owner-level access.
An enhanced dashboard is also planned, with more information on employees’ Hilton Honors points, spending and booking activity. The new features are expected to help businesses monitor travel budgets and manage reservations more efficiently.

The latest changes add more administrative functions to the program, allowing businesses to coordinate employee hotel stays through a more centralized system.
