Emirates will introduce its latest-generation Airbus A350 on daily flights between Dubai and Mauritius from November 1, 2026, replacing the Boeing 777 currently operating the route.

The aircraft will add the airline’s latest Business Class cabin and Premium Economy seats to one of its three daily services to the Indian Ocean island.

The A350 will operate flights EK709 and EK710. Flight EK709 will depart Dubai at 7:55 a.m. and arrive in Mauritius at 2:40 p.m. The return flight, EK710, will leave Mauritius at 6:30 p.m. and land in Dubai at 1:10 a.m. the following day. All times are local.

The aircraft will have 298 seats across three cabins: 32 in Business Class, 28 in Premium Economy and 238 in Economy Class.

Emirates will continue to operate two additional daily services between Dubai and Mauritius using its Airbus A380. Both A380 services also feature the airline’s Premium Economy cabin, giving passengers more options when traveling to Dubai and connecting to destinations across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Oomar Ramtoola, Emirates’ manager for the Indian Ocean Islands, said the A350 deployment reflects the airline’s continued investment in Mauritius. He added that the aircraft would bring the airline’s latest Business Class experience and onboard technology to the route, alongside Premium Economy.

Three Cabin Classes on the A350

The A350’s Business Class cabin has a 1-2-1 layout, giving every passenger direct access to the aisle. Seats convert into fully flat beds and include 20-inch 4K Ultra HD screens, personal mini-bars and wireless charging. Passengers will also have access to multi-course meals, selected beverages and Bulgari amenity kits.

Premium Economy features 28 seats in a 2-3-2 configuration. The seats are 19.5 inches wide and include generous legroom, recline, adjustable headrests, footrests and individual 13.3-inch entertainment screens. The service includes a welcome drink, seasonal menus served on Royal Doulton china, selected beverages and an amenity kit.

Economy Class passengers will have adjustable leather headrests, charging points and 13.3-inch 4K HD touchscreens running Emirates’ ice entertainment system, which offers Bluetooth connectivity.
