Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed management agreements for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, India, which are expected to add a combined 600 rooms to the city's hotel supply.
The planned properties, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will be developed in partnership with affiliates of Indian real estate company Brigade Group. Both hotels will form part of larger mixed-use developments designed to accommodate business travelers, meetings and events, social gatherings and leisure stays.
The announcement adds to Hyatt's expansion plans in India, where Bengaluru remains an important market for corporate travel and large-scale events.

Its facilities are expected to include around 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, along with several dining options catering to business and leisure guests. The management agreement was signed with Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, a Brigade Group entity.

Dining, Leisure and Event Facilities
Both properties are expected to feature all-day dining restaurants, specialty restaurants, grab-and-go options, rooftop bars, pool bars and fitness facilities. Flexible event spaces will also be included in the plans.
According to Hyatt, the projects are intended to serve a mix of corporate travelers, event organizers, social celebrations and visitors exploring Bengaluru.
Vikas Chawla, Hyatt's president for India and Southwest Asia, said the city continues to show strong demand for business travel, meetings and events. He described the agreements as part of the company's strategy to expand its presence in India's high-growth destinations.
Brigade Group Joint Managing Director Nirupa Shankar said hospitality remains an important part of the company's mixed-use developments. She added that the two hotels would strengthen its Bengaluru portfolio and continue its relationship with Hyatt.
The agreements deepen the companies' existing partnership as they develop new hospitality projects in one of India's major business centers. Hyatt has not specified opening dates for either hotel in the announcement.
